BUYING THE RIGHT PRODUCTS     

we are concerned about your safety and want to prevent damage to your vehicle. With today's vehicles, purchasing and installing auto parts can be a complicated process. We understand this. That is why we have Professional Parts People to help you through the process.


For these reasons and more, you must always do, at a minimum, the following 3 steps to help ensure that the part you buy is the correct one for your repair project.

  • Make sure ALL of the vehicle information you provide is correct. This includes the vehicles you define and any questions that you may answer on our web site. Read and understand ALL of the informational checkmarks listed with each part. If there are codes or statements that do not match your vehicle, do not buy the part. If there is information you do not understand, contact one of our Customer Service team membersand find out what it means.
  • Compare Web site photos with your old part. If photos of the item you are purchasing are available on our Web site and if they are not labeled as "representative" photos, compare them with the old part and make sure they match.
  • When the part arrives compare it with the old part. If for any reason it does not appear to be the correct part, contact us to confirm that it is the correct part before installing it.

Using these steps will assist you in selecting the correct part to get the job done right. Remember that, as with any large, powerful and complex system, failure to select the right part for your vehicle may result in damage to your vehicle, serious injury or death. Do not risk it. If in doubt, get answers from one of our friendly and helpful BLUEFLOW team members.

I'm having trouble with my part, what should I do?

-If you are experiencing any trouble with your part, please visit our How-To section and see if your issue is addressed there. If you need further assistance, feel free to call and talk to one of our experts. 

If I need a replacement part, how long does it take to ship to me? 
-In the rare case that your part is defective, we can ship you out a replacement auto part the same day in exchange for a temporary deposit. This deposit is to ensure that you send back your defective part and is fully refunded once it arrives back at our warehouse. We will also provide you with a free return shipping label to get the other part back to us. 

SHIPPING                             

How long will it take for me to get my part?

-We do our best to deliver your parts from the warehouse to you. If you selected our free ground shipping service, shipping times will vary depending on which state you live in. Ground shipping usuaully takes anywhere between 1-5 business days. Please use your tracking number to see when your order will actually arrive.

What is my tracking number?

-Your tracking number is sent to the email address you provided in a follow-up email (which is different than your order confirmation). Please check your junk folders if you have trouble locating this email.

RETURNS/REFUNDS                   

Remember, even items purchased online can be returned. You’ll still need to follow the return guidelines above when sending in a New return. Please keep the following in mind:

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs*
  • Returns sent COD (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted
  • If you return an item you didn’t buy from us, you’ll have to pay shipping to have it sent back to you
  • You must obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization)from BLUEFLOW.
  • Select the “Return Items” option

*shipping charges are non-refundable

I returned my part, how long will it take for me to receive my refund?

Once your return is delivered back to our warehouse, it will take up to 8 business days for a refund to be completely processed.

  • Up to 3 business days to check the return in.
  • Up to 3 business days to process the refund.
  • Up to 2 business days for your payment provider (credit card company, PayPal, etc.) to complete the refund.

Any specials for dealers, mechanics, repair shops, etc.?

-Yes, we have a program for installers who purchase from us on a monthly basis. After your first purchase at regular price, discounts kick in on subsequent purchases.
